Introduction

AIMSBACKGROUND AND STATUS

This document is meant to give a descriptive overview over the 4-year training in family therapy at the Deutsch-Dänisches Institut für Familientherapie und Beratung – ddif – (German-Danish institute for family therapy and counselling).

Training regulations and training contract

The training regulations valid at the time of the signing are binding for both parties and apply for the whole time of the training. They constitute the basis for the training of every individual participant.

Occurring changes in the training regulations during ones training cannot be applied retrospectively.

The number of training days and teaching units is solely defined by the contract that has been signed. It generally corresponds with the training regulations valid at the time of the signing.

The Deutsch-Dänisches Institut für Familientherapie und Beratung – ddif – can, on it’s own decision, offer a higher, but not a smaller number of teaching units/days than the obligatory minimum number fixed in the signed training contract.

The head of the training is authorized to approve deviations from the wording of the training regulations, provided that these are within the bounds of the predefined quality guidelines and the signed training contract.
